The Committee of Lollipop Foundation Incorporated accepts overall responsibility for the governance and strategic direction of the organisation. The Committee operates in accordance with the Constitution of Lollipop Foundation Incorporated and remains accountable to its members through the Annual Report, Annual General Meeting and any other meetings convened in accordance with the Constitution.
